Indulgence Competition Week 3

I am so glad that I had a little time to put this layout together. I have just finished it at the kitchen bench with the kiddies crafting along side of me! This layout is for the Indulgence Competition over at Enchanted Scrapbooking. We were challenged to scrap a celebration and include scallops, gold and distressing. I have been wanting to scrap this special photo for so long! I really love the way the flower cluster came together. I have some secret RAK people and Shazza to thank for some of the goodies in this layout!

A Sneaky Peek...

Here is a little sneaky peek of my September layout for Screen To Scrap! I have used lots of bright colours and flowers of course! I think this coming month's poster is perfect to use as scrapping inspiration! Stay tuned... I'll add some more details and a new image this week, otherwise, pop into Screen To Scrap!

"Love" and "Remember"...

Here is a layout I created for week one of the Indulgence Competition over at Enchanted. I took the inspiration image literally and scrapped a picture of some gorgeous bling my DH bought me this year for my birthday. I really love black and white photos at the moment and think that the lime green brings it to life!

While I'm here, I wanted to pop in another layout I did this weekend. This layout was for the LSBS August CC and it was a sketch challenge. I love layering different papers and adding flowers and bling! I also love this photo of my little one taken last month when we were in Coffs Harbour... what a beautiful part of the world!

Blog Award...

A big thank you to Shazza from Shazza's Craft Connection and Tracy from My 2 Angels for this blog award! I have received one before, but I was never really sure what it was all about! I would like to send this on to some talented ladies!
Thanks for popping in and have a great scrappy week! :) xxx

A Busy Weekend Part 2...

I have some *exciting* news to share! I was asked by Cath and Nic over at LSBS to be the guest designer for this month's cybercrop! The theme is "Running On Empty" as we have all had a busy month with the Merroo retreat in Kurrajong last weekend. But with the retreat finishing so quickly, all I want to do is scrap some more!!

The retreat classes were awesome and I am looking forward to some time over the next few weeks to finish all of the amazing projects we began while we were away. A huge shout out to Cath, Nic, the LSBS team and the amazing DT girls for a fabulous weekend! A heartfelt thank you to Shelee for my wonderful birthday gift... without you, I would not have been there. You are an amazing friend!

This is what I came up with for the LSBS CC challenge... I scrapped a photo of my little one taking a nap and I used lots of flowers with a variety of centres. Do you have a photo of a loved one napping or relaxing? Well dust it off and get scrapping! LOL...
You can find out more here!

Some "Fancy" Cards...

Here is a set of cards I made last night for Enchanted's CC. The challenge was to include rainbows and one other embellishment, so I chose flowers of course! LOL... I was so happy to use this Fancy Pants paper and I teamed it with old patterned papers and scraps to make a cute set of cards... Thanks for stopping by! xxx

A Busy Weekend...

Enchanted Scrapbooking have their cybercrop on this weekend with four challenges going up tonight. There was a beautiful fairy blinkie created, but do you think I can remember where I saw it? LOL...

Enchanted's Indulgence Competition has also begun and I am hoping to finish challenge one this weekend! The comp runs over six weeks and I am looking forward to some scrapping time! xxx
