Lending A Hand

I have been making heaps of card bases lately and now that we are back from holidays, I can take out my tags, flowers and bling and embellish them all! Here are a few cards I made last week... the first one is an engagement card and the others will go toward the stash of cards I will be donating.

My hubby is supporting Youthcare who assist young people in the area who are homeless or in temporary accommodation. He even got his class fundraising and they all got into the local magazine! One way I have been helping is to make cards (with a stamped envelope) so these people can send word to loved ones.

Bella Cards

A Quick Share

Here is a card I made a little while ago with some scraps from a mini album. (I really should finish the mini album these holidays!) I stamped the birdie onto acetate and added lots of bright flowers, buttons and red pearls for berries. Thanks for stopping by! xxx

September Inspiration for ARTastic

Here is a look at what is happening over at ARTastic this month. We have a painting by Frida Kahlo titled "Self Portrait with Monkey". It is time to get those pet photos out and start scrapping! Shelee was kind enough to give me a beautiful black and white photo of her gorgeous Holly as we have no pets of our own... thank you so much Shelee! xxx
