If you have a spare moment, head over to From Screen To Scrap and take a look at the fantastic prizes up for grabs! There are sponsored and donated prizes and they look amazing! Check out the "Deck The Halls" movie poster as inspiration for this month's scrapping challenge. We have had some fabulous entries so far... this is really getting me in the mood for Christmas!
In terms of my own scrapping, it has been almost three weeks since my last layout! We have recently found out that hubby and I have new teaching jobs next year, we will move four hours north of BrisVegas and live near the beach! We are really looking forward to all of these exciting changes. Hope all is well in your part of the world too! Thanks for stopping by!

ARTastic December Challenge
Here is the artwork for this month's ARTastic challenge. It is Vermeer's "The Head of a Girl". I hope you like the painting as I had the opportunity to make a suggestion for this month. I love the simplicity and style of the painting. I thought it would be great inspiration for scrapping layouts with portrait photos. Here is an image of the artwork and my take on the challenge...
This is a photo of our Mickey Moo at the school fete. She had just had her face painted and looked so adorable! I thought that an over the shoulder photo would be perfect for this challenge. There are also added criteria for this month...

Some Nice News...
Some nice news came my way today! My ARTastic layout "Simple Joy" was chosen as the DT winning layout for the month... how great is that?! I really love this photo of my princess... she looks so grown up! I was so happy with the way the flower cluster turned out on this layout. It has to be one of my all time faves! Thanks for stopping by! xxx
