Always Be Creative...
I wanted to share this layout I finished last week... I know it is a photo of knickers, but I love the story behind it. DD was only 3 years old at the time and she wanted to help me hang up the washing, but she couldn't reach the washing line - and this was the result! Sometimes it is fun to grab a photo of the little things that make you laugh! A special thank you to Toni over at D2U for the gorgeous embellies! xxx

Twice In A Day!
Can you believe that I am blogging twice in a day!?! That is pretty much unheard of for me - it is like expecting me to have my mobile on, charged and in my handbag all at the same time! LOL...
Here are some cards that I made last month and I have been meaning to upload them. I used pretty Bo Bunny papers that DH and the girls bought me for Christmas. I really liked using the colour combination of yellow, red and a hint of black... and as always, I love cutting flowers out of patterned paper! Thanks for looking! xxx

Handmade Swap
We are just finishing a swap over at D2U and I had to share my happy mail! We were asked to make something handmade for scrapping and then swap it. I received a beautiful envelope of goodies yesterday from Marisa... she made this gorgeous album and these adorable flowers - aren't they yummy?! I can't wait to use them! Thank you so much Marisa, for the beautiful goodies and the great swap! xxx

D2U Challenges
This week I was lucky enough to be challenged by the D2U gals to create a layout using a transparency, lace and sparkle... and this is what I came up with. It is a photo of Nanna and Poppy's tree at Christmas 2008. Their Christmas tree always looks amazing and Christmas Eve at Nanna's is my favourite time of year!
This layout is for the February Sketch Challenge. The photos are of Mickey Moo and she looks so cute in these photos... I love the way the flowers and buttons turned out too! Thanks for stopping by! xxx

My Gorgeous Hubby
I did this layout of my hubby last night for a challenge over at LSBS. You can find out more here. Our friend Tracey took this photo of DH... not only is she a brilliant photographer, she knows plenty of photo editing tricks too and this stunning photo is the result! As part of my challenge I needed to include; A4 size, the colour red, brads, paint and stitching (which was hand drawn). I really love the way it turned out... even if I did include flowers on a blokey layout!
Thanks for stopping by!

Card Sketch Challenge...
This weekend, LSBS has a Cybercrop and one of the challenges is a card sketch. I loved the sketch so much I made five cards! I enjoyed making these cards and using up some scraps from my stash too! Once again I have taken over the dining room table... I will have to move back to my scrap space in the study soon!
